5-step vetting process
Assess skills and cultural fit

We have a 5-step vetting process, designed to identify the most qualified talent. As a result, we only accept ~2% of talent that applies. It begins with a detailed review of each candidate’s background, focusing on their experience and achievements in finance and accounting. We then ask candidates to provide a pre-recorded video to assess their communication skills and interest in the role. Only then do we move to conduct a live, virtual interview. We then move on to a skills assessment where candidates need to score above 85%. Finally, each candidate completes a final interview with a member of our senior leadership team.

Customer Success is the lifeblood of everything we do. We have ongoing catch ups with your talent to go over existing projects and opportunities to grow. Our team will review your talent’s work to ensure your talent is providing the highest quality service possible. Through ongoing reporting and check-ins, you will always be in the loop on how your talent is performing. We will also propose additional projects and areas your talent can support your business.

Our 5-step vetting process

Our vetting process identifies elite talent for your brand

After meeting with your team to understand your requirements, we screen for applicants with the relevant experience and a demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond.

To assess communication skills and the applicant’s interest in the role, we require a 5-minute pre-recorded video. The video is provided to you when you are evaluating candidates.

Once we have reviewed the applicant’s resume and video, we will conduct a live, virtual interview to further assess their fit, finance knowledge, and interest in the role.

Every applicant must score over 85% on a finance and accounting skills assessment. We measure candidates on a range of topics specific to your requirements across finance, accounting, bookkeeping, etc.

The final round consists of an interview with a member of our senior leadership team. After this step, we will present the talent to you for your feedback. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to restart the vetting process to identify other potential candidates.
